Jacob Collier

The Djesse Solo Show | Xtra concert

The multi-talented superstar from England, JACOB COLLIER, is finally coming to Molde!

Bjørnsonhuset 790,- fees incl.

With six Grammys and 12 nominations, including Album of the Year for "Djesse Vol. 3" from 2020, Collier's talent and imagination have continued to surpass his own stratospheric heights, leading his fans to expect the unexpected

Collier will perform in the format of Jacob Collier - The Djesse Solo Show at Bjørnsonhuset on Tuesday, July 16th, where audience participation, which has become one of the artist's signatures, will be part of the concert experience. The 29-year-old artist is described as a singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, producer, and educator, coming to the Northwest to meet us in an intimate concert.

Collier's fans know that he tends to make everything grand, whether it's in the studio or live in front of large choirs. His live shows often involve the audience in massive sing-alongs with self-written song material inspired by everything from jazz, classical music, to world music, and hip-hop. If you're not already part of Collier's huge fan base, the whole experience can seem a bit bewildering, not to mention cult-like. Collier has this effect on people through his exceptional musical talent.

Jacob Collier has collaborated with stars such as Shawn Mendes, John Mayer, Ty Dolla $ign, and Steve Vai.

This statement from his team may explain some of this; Five years have passed since Collier began the epic musical journey with "Djesse." It started as an ambitious idea to create a massive album and quickly evolved into a comprehensive series that includes all genres and culminates in a grand finale that combines all the elements - and much more.

Still confused? Show up at Bjørnsonhuset during this year's Moldejazz and let Collier take you on a truly special musical journey.

It may be wise to secure tickets well in advance!
