The Creature (Vesenet)

The creature creeps and flows through the door and onto the stage. It is neither human nor animal – perhaps a living puddle, a microorganism, a cloud, or an underwater being from another planet?
"Vesenet"
It shifts shape, color, and texture, leaving behind fringes and fibers, wobbling and vibrating, transforming in rhythm and harmony with the music.
Through movement, characters, and sound, children are introduced to this mysterious creature and its curious, slightly helpless search for new friends.
Surrounding the creature, the music is performed using synth, voice, saxophone, and accordion by Heidi Kvelvane and Eva Pfitzenmaier. The creature is created by Silje Sandodden Kise and brought to life by choreographer and former Carte Blanche dancer Mathias Stoltenberg.
