It will be exciting to be part of further developing a festival with such a strong history and identity, and one that has had such great significance both for Norwegian music life and for the city of Molde. To me, this is a festival that treats its history with respect while not being afraid to challenge itself or seek new solutions. These are values I hold in high regard, which is why I felt compelled to seize the opportunity to apply for the position as Festival Director of Moldejazz. I look forward to getting to know the people, the music, and the powerful energy that define Moldejazz, and to exploring how we together can shape the road ahead.”
